Quake3 and ET map pools!

After deliberation and careful thought the map pools for ET and Quake3 have been announced. There arent any major surprises however some ET fans might be surprised on one inclusion;

Quake 3 CPM: cpm1a, cpm3a, cpm15, cpm22, cpm24

Enemy Teritory: Radar, sw_Goldrush, Bremen (version tbc), Supply Depot, Adlernest

For those in ET surprised that Adlernest was chosen over the qualifier map Braundorf, we went with 2 escort maps, 1 escort & objective & 2 document maps to even the pool. The ET tournament will be played on the same Crossfire Config of CPC2 which means there is no MG42.

Warsow fans can expect a major update as soon as ETR returns!

reason for adler is fine,

but what other options are there? rather than people going "omg god not lottonest"

frostibite, ice and erm village are the only other docs/objective carrying maps in et?

With only 1 month to the event we couldnt use a non tested map, it was either adler or frost, 50/50 choice.

Changing the mapscript is easier or as easy as installing a new map.

And its much quicker and easier to release a scriptfix than a version.

I dont like adler because its map when team can loose in 1-2minutes just same as frost - braundorf is much better imo, but looking forward to it anyway yeeehaaa ;)
