CoD4 QCUP - Grand Final - EYE wins

image: v4

The time draws nigh, the Grand Final of the Crossfire QCUP Call of Duty 4 tournament is upon us! It is January 15th, 1807 and the first Napoleonic War is raging through Europe. The France French army launched an offensive towards Pomerania and are laying siege to the Swedish city of Sweden Strahlsund. However after a fierce battle that lasted nearly three months the Swedes were reinforced and defeated the 15.000 men strong French Army. The Swedish powerhouse Sweden EYE are clearly the favourites in this modern day encounter, but will they will be able to pull off a similar feat against the strong and unpredictable France oXmoze?

QuadV will be bringing you the grand final match of Sweden EYE against France oXmoze LIVE on Friday, December 21st at 8:30 GMT / 21:30 CET! United Kingdom Jay & TosspoT will be providing a live low resolution video stream (to solve the stability issue) including audio and VOD!

Once again we asked Sweden EYE|mintr and France oXmoze-vazy to share their thoughts with the community.

Quote by EYE|mintrWe are looking forward to tonights game against Oxmoze. Hopefully we can stay true to our form and stick to our game plan and take this game home. I want to thank crossfire for a great cup and all of our opponents so far for good games and my team mates for performing on top. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Quote by oXmoze-vazyWe started the match against Finland DIE quite confidently, but really carefully. We knew we were the underdog and had to prove everything to the community, but we managed to get the win at the end of a really tense and long match. I'm really proud of my team mates who all played very nice during the match. As for the final I can't really say what's going happen because each team can have a lucky day and win. We're still considered underdogs though and I have to admit that we love that situation. Let's see what is going to happen!

best of luck nall3*puh and the rest of EYE ;)
how they count scores? every map to 21?

Da Imperial Executers 1:2 (10-13, 13-9, 15-18) oXmoze

they have to beat them by 3 points?
ty
12 rounds each side, first to 13 or if 12-12, 3 OT rounds each side, first to 4.
Parent
13+8=21
13+10=23
13+9=22

how they come at 24?
Parent
12 rounds a side = 24 rounds total
-> First to 13 takes the map
-> 12-12 = 3 round overtime -> first to 4 in the overtime wins

Best of 3 in maps
-> First to win 2 maps takes the cake
Parent
what can they win btw?
750 euro and a Game-Hosting server.

CoD4 is the best game ever!
Good luck to both teams, it's been a great cup and a pleasure to help run it.

Parent
I don't know what they're going to do if one team wins Crossfire. They win the match 2-1 or 1-0? Or do they play a third map? :D
Parent
12-12 (Vacant)
10-13 (Crossfire)

EYE WIN!!
