ESL Major Series Playoffs

image: ems With Christmas and New Year's Eve behind us, it is time to enter the last stage of the ESL Major Series for ET: Quake Wars. Two weeks after the group stage has come to an end, the best two teams of each group will now join the playoffs starting next Monday. In the upcoming weeks we will see the European elite fighting in a double elimination bracket for the € 2000 prize purse.

A vast number of teams joined our national and international qualifiers, where 16 teams qualified for the ESL Major Series Season I Group Stage. There we saw 16 teams devided into 4 groups of 4 teams, featuring 3 fascinating matchweeks. With the beginning of the new year we are going to make the last step:

Well I haven't gone around hyping our team and we are far from stable atm after 3 lineup changes. But so what? Is it a crime to not win matches? If you are going to flame everyone not winning you got a big task ahead.

Reason why everyone hated grof was because you would go around hyping yourself and talk like you were the kings of etqw and then lose :) Big difference.

You talk shit about everyone, so you're not really in a position to comment with no results. So yes in that case, it is a crime not to win matches, seeing as in your next sentance you then say that it is a crime for other teams not to win matches...And yes, actually when h2k formed you were hyping yourselves a lot, but seeing as it was just you and not the others, no-one really noticed it. Or you just attack teams in columns which is just sad and not done in that style, it has no class.

Yes GROF overhyped ourselves and also talked a lot of shit, but at the end of the day we brought in some good results, not the best results no, whereas h2k have no results and haven't lived up to their potential. I mean we were all, what, midskilled, whereas you were meant to have the best players from ET and a bf2 superstar?
