TEK9 Networks Ltd. is no longer

[img|left]http://666kb.com/i/awv6q519ngxu4n64z.jpg[/img]TEK9 Networks Ltd. is no longer. Founded nearly two years ago, the Limited company TEK9 Networks Ltd. was the further professionalisation of the TEK9 Gaming team that had existed for another two years. It was a major step for both the management and the Benelux scene and showed the intent to take things to the next level.

Quote by TEK9Today however, we must announce that we have closed down TEK9 Networks Ltd. as an entity. We wouldn't be TEK9 if we didn't have something up our sleeves because the closing down of the Limited company is actually not a bad thing because it's just the next step that we are going to take.

They have founded Gamevibes BVBA, the first Belgian company dedicated entirely to eSports. What this means is that TEK9 in fact is not dead, it has merely become one of the brand to be operated and managed by the Gamevibes BVBA. The brand name "TEK9" will still be active as it used to be but with further professional support from Gamevibes BVBA. So don't worry, TEK9 isn't going anywhere!

Gamevibes BVBA currently has one full time employee, over 20 volunteers and contracts both a lawyer and an accountant. The temporary office will be located in Geel with operations also being conducted from the Chief office in Antwerp and Hamburg.

Germany COO Constantin Schmidt

Other brands to be operated under the Gamevibes BVBA is the recently announced Antwerp eSports Festival and several future projects to be disclosed shortly.

Quote by Statement Steven Leunens, CEO Gamevibes BVBAThis is certainly a big step for eSports in Belgium. I cannot go too much into detail yet but what we have in store for eSports will certainly boost gaming overall to the next level. With the TEK9 Gaming team, the Antwerp eSports Festival, future projects and our valued media partners we will bring eSports one step closer towards an accepted mainstream sport. I'm really excited about the future and the plans which we will be announcing shortly.

A bit too pure copy-paste-ish for my liking. Talks about 'we' without making clear it's a statement by Tek-9.

'Sad news' that they've restructured a little? Hardly.
I'd love to see their business plan.
pretend to be a venture capitalist
let them send all their data and there you have it ;)
Parent
Maybe I should, I've still got a few millions left of leaving crossfire to tosspot :)

I'm just curious to know how they'll make profit. But 'wie niet waagt, niet wint', so good luck to them.
