Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare EuroCup Participants & Groups

The EuroCup announcement for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare just passed by. ClanBase announced who will be playing in this year's EuroCup. As announced earlier, the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare EuroCup will feature 32 clans, whereas all 32 spots will be filled with direct invites.

No, they're going to focus on ESL-EMS. I'm pretty sure that's the reason... I know we would, but there's no Norwegian qualifier, so.

Yeah i'm a dane and should understand it, but i dont :P - but thanks for the translate.

I actually agree with him, but on the otherside my clan isnt good enough for EC and leagues with big prices, so we dont care. We just wanna play OC :)

Sounds like a real "pro", or I rather mean "spoiled brat". CoD4 gets more prizes than any other EC this season and he still whines their "most popular game" doesn't get what it "deserves". Disappointing for a team which is not even that good.

well.. he got asked why they aren't in the tournament and that was his answer. they got other tournaments to focus on and participate in that actually has decent prices (i33, l2w, ems, fgl) and for that i can fully understand him. 'cuz seriously, who cares about vouchers from gamestop?

the only reason for them to participate in cbec is the practise.

its game vouchers, not money, they dont need gaming vouchers, the whole ec is a shambles really, not enough prize money compared to the current european standard for leagues for main games. Other tournaments use cash. fnatic aren't even that good? LMAO.

We've all seen fnatic lose versus mediocre teams online, I guess you could blame CoD4 lotto or fnatic for having a "Bad day" (they seem to have a lot of them), I guess if they win i33 I might change my opinion about them, but to be seen as good in a lotto game they need to be at the top in every competition they take part in imo.

Mediocre teams? What teams are they? They lost to SK-gaming and tek9 in CODQCUP. won the crossfire cup, have won all but 1 game in live2win and should make the finals unless they majorly slip up vrs my team or dtekt, and they won CDC... No real other cod4 tournaments to mention...
