CoD4 League Premier & League Divisions
These groups are a draft, we will take into account any constructive criticism towards changing them. Remember, these divisions are not split by skill, they are all equal.
Premier Division First Draft[/i]

Group D
The top team from each group will go through to double elimination playoffs (bo3, MR12). The second and third team from each group will go to relegation before qualifying for the playoffs. In the playoffs, the top 3 teams will earn direct slots for next season's ESL Major Series.
As several teams are still in ESL Major Series qualification these groups are almost certainly going to change in a few days.
On the waiting list to move up to the Premier Division should any of the above teams qualify for the ESL Major Series or drop out:

CoD4 League Divisions[/i]
192 teams will play in Divisions A-D. These teams will play for fun, pride, honour and a chance to win a direct slot to next season's ESL Major Series!
All teams who were not placed in the Premier Division will play in Divisions A-D - all considered to be on the same level, totally randomly placed and all are able to win the ESL Major Series slot
Each division has 48 teams who are split into 8 groups of 6 teams each. Teams will play each team in their group once, one match per week, over five weeks. Groupstage matches are one map, play all 20 rounds.
The top 2 teams from each divisions will play in their division's playoffs, that's sixteen teams, single elimination. Divisional playoff matches are best of three, first to 13 rounds.
Finally, the winner of each division will go through to the overall playoffs. Four teams, double elimination. Again, best of three, first to 13 rounds.
