Some minutes ago, the Electronic Sports League (ESL) announced the first ESL Pro Series Season in the United Kingdom. One of the two games will be Crossfire game Call of Duty 4 which gets a prize money of £15,000. As known from other competitions like the EPS in Germany or the Extreme Masters, Intel will be once again the main sponsor for the biggest national league in UK. The second game is CS: Source.
12 teams per discipline will be able to take part in the first ESL Pro Series Season which features a total prize money of £30,000:
Call of Duty 4
£5,000
£2,000
£1,000
4th £400
win bonus: £100
overall: £15,000
