So at long last the group stages are over and we've got ourselves a few suprising qualifications and some last minute movement in the groups!

Group A

1st - Estonia Idle.ee
2nd - Europe Maybe
3rd - Germany V&E

Idle winning the group was of no surprise to anyone, the team that arent actually playing the game are still quite happy to dish out a spanking to you if you've been naughty! However Maybe taking 2nd place didnt look possible some weeks ago, it looked like a straight battle between o8 and v&e, however o8's folding left Maybe with a shot at qualification. That shot was duelly put straight onto evil's head as Maybe beat v&e to take 2nd place!

Group B

1st - Germany Rize
2nd - Europe 141
3rd - Belgium cZar

Is it a surprise that cZar didnt qualify? The potential was undoubtly there with an all belgian roster that had some quality to it, but with 141 adding some real class to their roster they were able to limp over the finishing line. However cZar can look to underscore with an evil look, as it was they who could have changed the outcome of this group with their final game against Rize. cZar have been keen to repress rumours of their impending demise and reassure their fans they'll be back.

Group C

1st - Estonia Kujuneb
2nd - Finland sFx.Evil
3rd - Europe helix

Xfire Kings of the Hill, helix miss qualification to Evil and why? Well I think its more a case of the ET Gods making sure a Finnish team progresses to the next stage of Eurocup because well..Thats the law! Well actually it just so happened that the ET Gods struck down upon RazZ to favour the finnish team and give them the default victory over hx, which proved crucial in the final run in, In Finlandia we trust!

Group D

1st - Europe Northern Darkness
2nd - Europe Demiurge
3rd - Netherlands art

No prizes for predicting these top two, if anyone is going to challenge idle it could well be one of these two but are they ready yet?
