Arni of GTV published a damning video of Torspo in action this evening against Kujuneb in the Eurocup playoffs. The video raises the eyebrows of even the most cautious cheat finders and now the matter has been elevated above a mere journal here on crossfire and now is under investigation by Clanbase.
Keep with crossfire as the story unfolds, this is not an open and shut case as the PB Screenshots are non existant. Additionally Clanbase Eurocup knockout stages this season are SINGLE elimination and thus if the decision is made along the same lines as the decision against Razz, then Demiurge will be removed from the competition. However, will compassion be shown by Kujuneb who thanked Demiurge for moving the match forward by 4 days?

This is a public statement from clan-deMiurge regarding the
accusations that were made towards torspo. At 23.27cet Arni opened a journal on xfire with an avi of torspo shooting walls in WARMUP.
We are writing this not because he cheats, not because we want to prove that he doesn't cheat but because we don't want our clan image to be spoiled because of a joke.
I think we have to start with some history first, a few weeks ago Torspo played on the Telenet public server (which by then was updated with all the new anti-cheat cvars). Some admin recorded a demo of torspo playing there and thought he cheated, a few hours later another guy posted the demo
on xfire and posted it like it was a prove that he cheats Here. A few hours later another journal pops up about Torspo cheating, this one written by a finnish player 133Mhz and it had an avi. this time. This guy 133Mhz was actually a friend of Torspo and Torspo himself send him that demo and 133Mhz made the journal and the avi. This was maybe not such great idea, but don't they say there is no such thing as bad publicity and they both are from #clan.mvk Here.
We're not going to defend what happens in those demos, because I think every other EC player can say that this is just a skilled player.
Now the real stuff, on thursday the 15th of june we had an official vs Kujeneb on the maps adlernest and braundorf. Torspo still with the attention he got of the 'cheat-journals' in his head decided to do some funny stuff in warmup, just like he tried to do in the eSr match(original idea goes
to lotix). His 'joke', which he thought you all would see as a joke, was to predict some rather easy shots and act like he could see through the wall.
He tried multiple times to do this like you can see in the ETTV replay. But one time he was really succesful and that time got made into an avi.
The avi can be found in a journal on xfire Here Like you all see it got totally out of hand, the avi itself proves nothing and I think every topplayer can say that is just easy predicting. There is a reason why Torspo plays EC, he's a good player and one of the things a good player needs is good prediction.
We think our image is getting spoiled by this journal and that's why we write this, we're a fair clan that has pracced alot during the last months and the last thing we want is to get kicked out of this EC because of a JOKE. We never thought this would happen, we only wanted to have a laugh
with the whole situation. We're sorry for putting some oil on the fire, it probably isn't the time to joke about cheating and cheaters now. We know there is alot of cheating going on, especially in the lower divisions where no one really cares about it. But this is EC and torspo didn't have anything
special in his whole game, only in the warmup. I think that alone is enough prove it was a joke. I know it's hard for some people to believe us, but just look at the ETTV replay and laugh every time Torspo gets owned by a guy popping around the corner.
I hope this cleared our clan image a little, we never wanted to get it this far.
