EMS Tonight: Impact Gaming vs TAG

Last night's epic match in the ClanBase EuroCup XXI was cancelled right at the last minute. Two of the best teams in the game, Impact Gaming and EASY MODE, were set to take each other on fighting in the qualifying stages. Unfortunately, all was not as it seemed. Impact gaming were unaware of the match until the last minute, where eVo blamed Clanbase's schedule system for the confusion. Check out the comments here for more information.

Tonight, however, Impact Gaming are back on form for tonight's match against TAG (if they are not I'm gonna rage like a mother fucker). TAG have a reputation for being a non-serious mix team and their recent results reflect this - they have lost 5 matches from their 6 previous ETTV official games. On the other hand, we have Impact Gaming who are a slightly more serious team when it comes to the game. It has been said that they practice on a regular basis and they expected to show at the upcoming Antwerp eSports Festival as well as future Crossfire LANs. That being said, the team have been lacking something special. Last week, they were unable to beat the unprepared nulli secundus who were using two mercs themselves. On paper the match should have been a walk in the park for Impact Gaming, but a few lineup problems on the day were partially to blame for the loss. Hopefully, Toxic's internet connection will be on fine form tonight, along with the rest of his team.

The final result? Unpredictable. We have two teams with some of the best players in the game, but a small lineup problem can be a huge advantage for the oposition. Impact Gaming have had too many problems recently, but hopefully for them all goes to plan tonight. The GamesTV community places the match in Impact Gaming's hand with 1:3, but as we all know too well that's nothing to go by. Expect the unexpected!
