With the press release a few days ago, I have had an influx of interest in the European community, and wanted to post some updates and info on here to keep you in the loop.
First off, Battle For Berlin is in search of community-oriented admins to help oversee EU matches, help with getting the community invovled, and keeping up with the lingo. Every region has different ways of expressing things, and having representatives from that region on the admin board is important; as unintentional insults are bound to happen (Hopefully I do not insult anyone with my posts, and if I do please correct my errors :P). If you are interested in being part of Battle For Berlin EU Administration, please email me with your age, name, region, RtCW experience, and administration experience.
As for updates, we would like to welcome:

Registrations have opened and you are able to register at any time, and feel free to send in a draft of your team (with all the required info) and know that you can update your roster, change starters/backups, remove team, rename team, etc. until the tournament starts. The only way to hold or guarentee your team a spot is to register asap, as 32 team slots will go by fast with a large output census in the NA region.
Please read the Rules page carefully before registering.
We are accepting donations via PayPal, and all donations will go to more servers and more prizes; so the more you put in the more you get out. We are dedicated to our community, and 99% of the current prize pool ($400+) has come from the Battle For Berlin admins thus far.
If you are interested in sponsoring us in any facet, please contact me via email.
We are looking for community input as far as maps, cvars, prize ideas, etc. to help make this tournament as good as possible. Our Forums allow community members to post their ideas, etc. and we really stress the importance of posting your opinion, as this is for you; the RtCW community.
Thanks for taking interest in Battle For Berlin! For detailed listings on our prizes, sponsors, rules, brackets, and more; please visit our website. Thanks and enjoy the tournament!
Sincerely,
Zach "Mortal" Hooper Battle For Berlin Tournament Director
