CDT 6on6 Player Selections!

Drafting Process TODAY!

With the recent announcement of the Crossfire Draft Tournament we are burdened with the task of assigning each player to a team. Originally we chose 40 players to form a poule, to which each captain would pick 5 from in alternating turns; this has been changed to a 48 playerpoule (Captains pick 5 Main & 1 Backup) to avoid "mercs" being taken if a main lineup player has issues.

So without further ado, I announce to you the playerpoule consisting of 48 players chosen from my buddylist by the CDT Admins.

Apparently butchji has been rapin' last few days, about the rest I could agree (although I have no idea how active/skilled some of them are nowadays)

But, who else can they ask? I mean they probably asked quite a lot of other (read better) players that refused or didnt respond

Fair enough, as far as im aware, none of these have been active nor cared about the community. Im not saying people like me should be playing, but certainly people who are more active should be given the spots instead of some older inactive players who haven't been around for some time

I don't fully agree with that, some oldschoolers apparently can get back to their old skilllevel (or at least close to it) in no time (f.e. butchji), while others just can't seem to get their skill back (f.e. potter - no offence to him intented).

Therefor I think some oldschoolers do deserve to be there while others don't, I'm not the one to judge who does and who doesnt though, because I have no idea who's good these days

But its definitely better to get skilled active 'new' faces than inactive oldschoolers who cba to do a little effort to get back in shape

well we tried to get a nice mix of old and new in order to sustain interest and give 'newer' players a chance.
