Because the CPU I ordered for my PC had a bad core (So I send it back with my mobo + RAM on saturday) So right now I dont have a decent pc (Just a laptop with 2 GHZ dual core + 2gb RAM and a X1270 radeon graphic card )

weird, my old laptop had dual core 2gz and 1 gb ram + some random nvidia card and I managed to get 125 fps out of it, have you tried changing the driver settings to all low etc? threaded optimization off, vsync etc

Ye I did, 5 years ago this setup would have been enough to get 125 FPS stable, but somehow now-adays its not even close :C
