- 2:50 on the clock, gold is secured now they only need to drive it! going to be close!
- Truck is through the gates, gg's are being called NL took their map home, after 2 extremely fast rounds!
- 7:41 was the time set, the 8:50 of Poland just wasn't enough, next map Radar!
- A plant was down on main, team NL is allies the first round. but it got defused.
- 10:10 Side gate is destroyed, 9:38 Forward bunker was taken over by Team NL
- saken with a 3 man nade, that will surely hurt in Polands Defense.

- The suit didn't work out 1:25 on the clock, and PL got the CP
- Poland has both parts with 1 min left on the clock!
- saKen picks up an important frag with the rifle but it wasn't enough with 2 seconds left on the clock Poland made a decider out of this!
- PL won the cointoss, of to a decider!
- Goldrush is the map that is going to be played, Team NL is axis.
- Jallaaaa also know as ZaK starts with a 2 man panzer frag!

Poland won with 4-2 after a stunning match. PL will continue in the upper bracket versus Belgium and NL will go to the lower bracket and play Canada once again, feedback on the live update is appreciated as well as telling me someone actually read this.

The Netherlands started their playoffs run with a routine victory over Canada. NL still was possibly saving their best maps for the further rounds picking missile as their map, even though they were looking really strong on it so who knows if it will be their pick in the future as well. Poland faced their neighbor country Czech in their previous game and were able to win it clearly 4-0 after some struggle in the first round (setting a 12:10 time in sw_goldrush). Poland’s map choice was goldrush so they won’t be able to select it again on this match.
The Netherlands and Poland both have won the NationsCup in the past and have had some great results. This year both of their lineups are missing some of the great names like perfo and M1lk from NL and kot and wiesiek from PL. Especially NL are presenting quite a few new comers this year to play their first NC season. Both teams have had a pretty easy run in the tournament so far, but those times are behind and from now on every game is going to be a really though one, which is why PL might have a slight advantage having a more experienced lineup. The advantage of having new players how ever is that both teams have the most active players featured and they’re hungry for the gold. This game should be really interesting to watch as both teams have great individuals on their side and the outcome is really difficult to predict.
Players to watch:
The Netherlands: xPERIA. Medics with aggressive playing style and loads of damage are always interesting to watch. xPERIA can either be the hero by getting the important frags or one of the reasons for a loss if he isn’t helping his team enough. Some people have also been accusing him of using lagscripts and/or netlimiter so that might be one of the hottest topics to discuss on ETTV chat once again.
Poland: zMk. Perhaps the best active rifle from Eastern Europe. Deals a lot of damage and is a key player specially in maps like goldrush. He also is one of the more experienced players in this game and certainly won’t freeze on the deciding moments.

ag0n: Yet another close game with 2 great teams, hard to predict as all the other games i shared a statement about. Both teams have been winning their games 4-0 without big problems, close game as expected and hard to predict, specially without knowing the maps. 4-2 for Poland..or perhaps Netherlands, idk!
filuS: Judging by names, this one could a real pickle to predict. Both teams brought some new faces into their NC ranks to replace old inactive dogs, and thats gonna mix it up a bit. Eventhough both teams seem somehow equal in terms of aim power, I think NL will have an upper hand in this matchup since I cant really see real teamplayers in PL lineup. For me, NL will win 4-2.
Clown: 4:0 NL. Last I saw, NL was playing really well. They have a nice mix of players it seems and not everyone there is focused on getting highest accuracy like it has been in the past, plus, their mix of players generally seems more balanced.
perfo: NL - POL 4 - 2. I trust my fellow countrymen to not disappoint. So far they've enjoyed a good ride but I think they'll find their first big challenge in team POL. I think team NL's teamplay will be too much for the erratic play so typical of an all-Polish team lead by dialer. :D
Kevin: Poland has a strong lineup, I especially enjoy seeing Frag’Stealer play. They have a lineup that somehow looks "right" to my eyes. Holland on the other hand has a slightly better lineup, they have Saken who is heavily underrated as to how valuable he is for a team. Besides that they have Xperia, Zak, Joshua. I don't know how both teams are performing right now but if they are both able to live up to their potential then I'd say this is the game to watch tonight. This game should go into a decider and I have no idea who would actually win it then. 4-2 for either team. Player to watch : Frag'Stealer.
kresti:NL is really strong thats what I know, we didnt played vs poland yet but on the lineup I would say they are also pretty good, lets hope for a nice and close match. My predicitons go for NL
humM3L: In that game we will not see suprises , NL will take this clearly with 4-0 since they playing a rly good nationscup and they are in my opinion an underdog for the victory. If they perform like they did, they got a good chance to reach top3. Poland is a big mix of some egos in my opinion, that will not be enough to beat a teamplay based by team NL.
FLoPJEHZ: NL vs Poland is going to be a tough game, I see them on the same level but never had a pracc against Poland yet. But I would go 4-2 for NL.

Probably the most one sided game of this Sunday. Finland is clearly the favorite for this match. The Finns didn’t have a hard match so far and in all likely hood this won’t be one either. Austria was there first opponent in the Playoffs and they took the victory with 4-0. The groupstage wasn’t a struggle for Finland either, they haven’t lost a map so far. The Finns are clearly aiming for the first place in NationsCup and they do have good cards for that. In the recent Crossfire Draft Cup 5 out of 6 players participated under the name Team Matias and took the golden pocal home.
The first game of France in the playoffs was versus Norway it ended up with a score of 4-2 in favor of France. This is the second map they lost in this season, the other map was versus Canada. So far they won everything with the two struggles mentioned above. Hopefully the power of the great individuals in team France like Karnaj will deliver and give Finland a hard time but it probably won’t be enough.
Some more numbers: The GTV odds for this game is at the moment of writing 1.02 for the Finns versus 47.77 For France. Finland ended up being the second most favored team for this season of NationsCup with 19.3%(273 votes) closely behind Germany who won the poll with 20.9%(293 votes)
The next round for the winner of this match will be versus either Germany or The United Kingdom. And the loser will continue playing the lower bracket versus either Austria or Norway.
Players to watch:
Finland: If supply is going to be played make sure to spectate twidi and you will surely know how to plant mines after that game. I don’t have to introduce a name like squall he will surely deliver and is worth watching.
France: An7ho will surely pick up the frags with his rifle stick and karnaj will surely show you how to play as an aggressive medic, he managed to deal 21.6K damage in his previous match versus Norway.

Predictions:
ag0n: An exciting match for the viewer pleasure for sure. Both teams are definitely good with few new faces at each side, but i am sure that Finland will show how worthy they are again. I am expecting a 4-0 win by Finland, but France will show some resistance for sure.
filuS: I think this will be one of those less interesting games tonight, finland looks strong as usual and I cant see France to take this. But they might take one map from fins, depends on map choices.
Clown: 4:0 Finland. An easy one for Finland, probably like most of the games this tournament. They have been pretty active, and have enough skill to just roll past everyone right now.
perfo: FIN - FRA 4 - 0. From what we saw during the last draft cup, the Finnish force (with a slightly different lineup) was dominant in the teamplay department. I don't think France will give them a lot of problems.
Kevin: France have some good players but Finland's team consists out of absolute class players and Iron, they also have excellent teamplay so I think this is going to be a clean 4-0 victory for Finland tonight. Player to watch: Jewe.
kReSti: France is really strong this season but it wont be enough to beat the almighty Finns, that will be a clear 4:0 if France doesn’t surprise, but I guess France is able to take a map.
humM3L: Well i guess it will be hard for France to win something in that game because Finland plays with a stable lineup and a good combination this season. France got some individual own players but that much teamplay at all. I guess a clearly 4-0 for Finland they are too strong.
FLoPJeHZ: Finland is easy to predict. I guess since Finland is one of the favorites to win this tournament, they got a good lineup and after 1-2 praccs against them I will say its gonna be an easy 4-0 for Finland.
milhAus: Finland will win pretty easy versus France, it will probably be a pretty one sided game. 4:0

Owzo Shoutcast from UK vs DE
Germany got off with an easy game in the first round by winning Iceland 4-0. That game didn’t offer much excitement to the spectators as it was more like a phyZiC vs Germany show and there’s a limitation as to how much difference one man can make in a 6on6 game. The United Kingdom on the other hand had some surprising struggles against Sweden. They started off with a promising fullhold on goldrush, but took over 12 minutes to attack it. After that they lost clearly on missile and had some trouble in the beginning of supply as well, but managed to turn it around for their advantage.
In a pre-NC poll Germany (296 votes) was voted the number one favourite to win the tournament where as UK only got 100 votes and was ranked 6th in the poll. UK how ever have been on of the most active teams playing with the same 6 players on a regular basis and have clearly been the toughest team to beat on practice matches from my own experience. Despite the poll I would say that both teams are definitely clear winner candidates and this should be a spectacular game. Both teams have a good mix of new talent and experience on their side and don’t have too many weaknesses.
Players to watch:
Germany: butchji. Butchji just recently started playing ET again and was voted the MVP of Crossfire Draft Tournament by far ahead of such players as Night, XyLoS and Squall. Even after his period of inactivity he still is one of the best aimers in the game and has been performing really well in the past NC games.
UK: Baggiez. Proving that not only medics and rifles are worth the player to watch mention, Baggiez currently is one of the best active smg engineers. Smart play combined with a decent aim results in loads of damage, specially when he is playing on defence.

Predictions:
ag0n: Germany vs UK, If gamestv.org lineups are correct, well, i am expecting Germany to win. Uk have a great team with lots of experienced players, but i think they are under performing a bit comparing to Germany. Either a 4-0 or a 4-2, Germany scoring.
filuS: This matchup is going to be a showdown of sheer power. Germany gathered probably the most aggressive lineup they could have, noone can argue that. On the other corner, we have team UK waiting to take them down. They have some good names in their ranks as well, but I think their performance will rely strongly on one man. And I dont mean sqzz this time, I mean koop. He needs to be world class rifle to allow his team to defeat germans today, so lets see if he can handle the pressure. I predict 4-2 for Germany tho
Clown: 4:2 UK. Should be the closest and most entertaining match tonight, I think Germany easily outaims UK, but UK seem to have more dynamic players, as well as more active ones. I say it will be 4:2 UK, but it very easily could be 4:2 for Ger.
perfo: GER - UK 2 - 4. I expect this to be the main game of the night. Probably 2 of the best teams this NC against each other but I think UK will pull through in the end because this season their team finally seems to work out quite well. Germany's got a great lineup too but I think UK will pull this one off.
Kevin: The UK has some really good players but they also have weaknesses and somehow I don't see them able to create good teamplay. Germany has a monster lineup and I think they will end up in the final of this NC no matter what. Sqzz and co might have a real chance to win if they can play together like a team because even though they have exceptional players, they will get outaimed tonight, they have to find other ways of winning. 4-2 for Germany. Player to watch : Baggiez
urtier: This will probably be the closes of tonight's matches. I haven't really followed the activity that much lately but a few weeks ago UK and Germany were probably among the most active teams. Decider...4-2 Germany. In Butch we trust!
kReSti: This will be a really tight match and we know that the UK is pretty strong if it comes to such important matches. This game can go either way 4:2, gl to dave <3
humM3L: Well I heard from some team-ger players that they pracced a lot and that they beat uk mostly in the praccs, and if i trust some words its a clearly 4-0 for ger. But i doubt that it will be so easy, UK got pretty decent players like Ross (With in-game leading and mines skills) + gav (sqzz with individual own actions, he can decide a game alone). In my oppinion 4-2 for uk. On the other side we got kReSti (in my oppinion the best ET aimer right now) + Bl4de a rambo person who gives al ot dmg, dunno if it will be enough for ger, its kinda hard to predict.
FLoPJEHZ: Probably the best game of tonight!! I dont really want to predict that because I cant say anything about this, I’m looking forward to this game and it will be a 3 mapper 4-2 either way
milhAus: Will be an amazing match to watch , but i think german will take this 4:2 or 3:1.

Iceland had a pretty interesting group stage as they were surprisingly able to win a map against Estonia, but had some trouble against Portugal in their last and crucial game for the 2nd playoffs spot. Iceland managed to win it after a decider and made it to the playoffs to face Germany in the first round, which was pretty much a massacre for them. Sweden’s group stage went the expected way despite losing a map against Turkey. Belgium was way too strong for them to beat, but they beat the others and finished 2nd. In playoffs Sweden put up a really surprising performance against UK and even had their chances to win the game, but lost it 2-4.
Iceland is the clear underdog in this match and if Sweden can continue their good playoff performance it should be a really one-sided game. Iceland relies way too much on their star player phyZiC where as Sweden has a really strong team of 6 players and doesen’t lack in aiming power either presenting players like NuggaN and jonas. Iceland might have their chances to win a map with the a correct map choice if they have prepared properly and phyZiC is on form, but that’s about it.
Players to watch:
Iceland: phyZiC. Sorry guys, but I just can’t really mention anyone else here! phyZiC is the carrying force of Iceland and all the others follow far behind. In the Nations Cup team he is playing even more rambo role than usual as he is forced to try and decide the games.
Sweden: Nuggan also known as the headshot wonder, he will surely give Iceland a hard time. Great movement and insane aim, pure pleasure.

Predictions:
ag0n: Looser bracket game, Sweden lost to UK but they still managed to get a map, while at the other side Iceland lost 4-0 against Germany. Both teams seems to be very similar skill wise, with 2 great aimers at each side (phyZiC and NuggaN). Close match, Iceland 4 - 2 Sweden, but of course it all depends on what maps each team will pick!
filuS: I am not familiar with most of faces in Iceland lineup but I see some old school faces in Sweden. Swedes got NuggaN, savage and jonas and I dont think phyzic will be able to handle these three gunners. 4-0 for Sweden
Clown: 4:2 Swe. Last I saw Sweden, they gave a nice effort vs UK, so in my mind they are the favourites to win this one. Even though their momentum might not transfer from the UK game, I still think they are a more experienced team.
perfo: ICE - SWE 0 - 4. On paper I think Sweden should take this really. I don't think SWE could've won against UK but they will probably win against ICE.
Kevin: Iceland obviously has Phyzic to carry them to a higher level but Sweden simply has a stronger team. I don't know why Sweden is not better than they are individually the players are amazing, if they can get their stuff together they should easily win this and if they manage to grow as a team they could get quite far in this tournament. 4-0 for Sweden. Player to watch : Jonas
urtier: If someone told me a few years ago that Iceland was in our group it was already obvious who will win a matchup. Same goes to Sweden the other way around, which dominated the early days of ET or RtCW. I'd still go for a victory for Sweden here if NuggaN and slajdan show their A game.
kReSti: On paper i would say a clear 4:0 for SWE but iceland did pretty strong so far as expected and nobody knows how phyzic gonna perform, 4:2 for SWE but iceland will show some strong performance if iam right
humM3L: It will be really close because the performance from sweden didnt’ suprise me that season they playing like they never play with each others. And phyzic and his mates have been playing together for a long time. In my opinion the individual skill of NuggaN will be too strong for phyzic and it will End with a 4-2 for Sweden.
FLoPJEHZ: This is going to be easy for me to predict because we played alot of praccs against Sweden, and after all I've seen from them I would say 4-0 or 4-2 for Sweden.
milhAus: Sweden should have beat uk so i think they will take this one 4:0 or 4:2

Belgium showed really good form in the group stage not losing a single round, but then their team faced some pretty big changes as some of their players went inactive. Against Croatia in the first playoff game the weakened lineup wasn’t convincing at all in their 4-2 victory. Estonia had an expected group stage and they moved on to playoffs to face Hungary. Hungary didn’t stand much of a chance and Estonia’s strenght is still yet to be tested in the tournament.
Before the tournament most would’ve predicted Belgium to win this game and well, I guess many still do. Belgium’s lineup was looking absolutely perfect on paper before the tournament, but their last game’s lineup was very far from the original one (AL1, chry, fostruM, Gifted, Jere and Player). Estonia has been practicing quite a lot together and have a really united team with excellent individual players lead by one of the all-time best players, Night. This should be a really exciting game and it’ll be interesting to see how Belgium will be able to perform with their renewed lineup.
Players to watch:
Belgium: With the absence of ET top player mAus, I would point chry or Jere as key players. Chry is definitely considered as one of the best engis at the moment, he will do all the dirty work combined with great aim and spam. Though, Jere is a riflemachine, he gonna help his team with lots of multikills.
Estonia:Night, I don’t think I have to add anything here, not introduction needed for this guy. Subbi is a great player as well he’s aim awesome, he is going to pick up the frags versus the Belgiums.

Predictions:
ag0n: Two favorite teams to end up in top 5 to be honest. Belgium is missing their greatest player mAus, Sup3r will also be missed, while at the other side Estonia will be playing with their regular lineup which might give them a teamplay boost. Thats hard to tell whos gonna win, but in my opinion Estonia might take this one 4-2. This game will also relay at maps or how lucky they are, looking forward to watch this game!
filuS: I would call this equal match, both teams are lacking some of their star players but they both look strong at the same time. This should be an interesting match to watch, both teams are capable of providing huge entertainment, either in aim/damage or in brain actions. If dr. mant is in good shape, he will lead his team to a close 4-2 victory.
Clown: 4:2 Estonia. Should be a close one, with Estonias changing line ups, and Belgium lacking player like mAus it could be an exciting match. Maybe not the most quality one, but still close nonetheless. Estonia has the edge in this one, because they are known to step up when it matters and this is probably their first real challenge in this tournament.
perfo: BEL - EST 2 - 4. Well this is the second big game of the night and to be honest it's quite difficult to make a prediction for this because it really depends on what lineup BEL will field. I think with the current lineups showing on GTV EST should have the upper hand but who knows? It's gonna be a good game to watch definitely.
Kevin: I think this is the first game where Belgium would need Maus. Estonia only has a subtop lineup if you look at the talent of the players individually, they are all decent and strong players but they lack that little extra top-players have. The entire situation changes however because they have Night as leader and this will actually make them a really strong team. 4-2 for Belgium if they play well, if they underperform just a little I'd say 4-2 for Estonia. Player to watch : Night, who else.
urtier: I will not bet against Night, 4-0 for mighty Estonia. Kus pidu on?
kReSti: This match is pretty hard to talk about, Belgium is really strong and came 2nd last NC but, it also depends on the lineup of them, if they get a strong and teamplaying lineup it would be 4:0 no matter what but lets just hope for a great match and some actions by Estonia since they are able to take a map if they pull out there teamplay.
humM3L: Its maybe the closest game this evening, on the first side we got a pretty decent mix of ee with Night as captain, on the other side we got Jere who is strong with the rifle and some surprising newschoolers like chry (He plays rly good at this NC season). But since mAus isnt playing it will be hard. I guess 4-2 for team-ee.
FLoPJEHZ: Another good game but I think it could go either way, it depends on what lineup Belgium is playing with but at the end I guess it will be 4-2 for belgium.
milhAus: BEL vs EST will also be a very close game. Estonia look stronger on paper and have been praccing hard, Belgium also have strong aimers and immense teamplay, I predict a 4:0 or 4:2 win for Estonia :P missing players like mAus,uNDEAD,lio, zeto etc..
probably forfeit in case if we are not 6 players.
