uQ Take On pingwins

uQ Gaming, known for their CoD, CS & BF2 squads are proud to announce their return to Enemy Territory team. Their latest edition, comes in the form of the all (almost) European team pingwins

Their last insurgence into ET saw them pick up the impressive all Finish Parodia team, guiding the uQ name to their first EuroCup Gold. Can this new uQ team possibly emulate their predecessors success?

I caught up with sacr to get a few words about joining uQ

Why are you guys joining uQ?

pingwins wasn’t a MGC and uQ is offering us some great support : vent, gameserver and financial support for upcoming lans

What do you hope to achieve with this team?

pingwins is made from the old team "maybe" lineup that competed in last seasons EC, we want to perform better than them (Quarter Finals). We also aim to get through the IPS First Stage - and compete in all upcoming LANs, such as CPC #2

Do you believe you can live up to the reputation of uQ's previous squads, most notably Parodia?

We aren't able to live old parodia shape at the moment, but we will do our best to get uQ back at the top.

uQ are currently joint top of their ESL IPS group, having played 1 won 1. Their first outing under the uQ name will be tomorrow against n1ce.
