After four months of qualification, group stage, LANs, European Football Championship and of course the final stage it is time to crown the champions! But who will be the champion? While we already know the 3rd placed team, the decisive match is still pending and will take place this Sunday!

and to be honest I think his statement was quite realistic. It's not that nl doesn't have a chance, but the expected outcome is in the favour of the finns.
Of course, it shouldn't be forgotten that team nl has very strong individuals and teamwork, but up against players like olbaa and squall I'd give an estimate of 10% chance to win. Basing my opinion on that, I wouldn't say squall was arrogant.
In general I hate when the clear favourite gives a statement saying "hoping for the best, maybe we'll beat them 4-2 in a very close match". It just seems to be the tendency nowadays to downgrade own performances.
Furthermore I feel that squall has earned the right to give this kind of a statement without being judged as arrogant.

Unfortunately, it seems that you do not know (or do not understand) the system on which this cup worked. We had national qualifiers, groupstage & playoffs. A lot of teams & players signed up for this championship. It is, tehnically, impossible to play all 3 stages in one day.
I don't doubt your ability to do this cup in one day, but I will surely want to see you try first. I promise not to say: "I told you so" when darkness will be all that you see.
