ClanBase EC/OC Fall 2012 Signups reminder

This is a reminder that there is still another three days to go in order to sign up to the majority of cups in the Fall 2012 Cup season.



Fall 2012 schedule:

• Monday 20th of August - Pre-season announcement
  
• Sunday 26th of August - Open signups
  
• Sunday 16th of September - Close signups
  
• Sunday 23rd of September - Announcement on ClanBase Radio
  
• Monday 24th of September - Start of EuroCup qualifier week
  
• Wednesday 2nd of October - End of EuroCup qualifier week
  
• Monday 1st of October - Start of the first matchweek (OC)
  
• Monday 8th of October - Start of the first matchweek (EC)
  
• Monday 15th of October - Matchweek 3
  
• Monday 29th of October - Matchweek 5
  
• Monday 23rd of December - All cups should be finished

Teams signing up for this season: please either define properties for your team's clanpage ("6on6 OC Fall 2012", "EC Players", "3on3 OC Lineup", etc.) via this link: http://clanbase.ggl.com/clanprop_define.php or tell us in the Notes section when signing up what your lineup will be and/or in which league you'd prefer to play. This would be very helpful for those of us who are building the groups!

The NationsCup season:
ClanBase will be running a NationsCup season after the Fall season, please expect an announcement about it this year. Even though this may seem early, now is the time to start thinking about the NationsCup season.

To prevent the discussion surrounding the scheduling for the next NationsCup we are informing you now that due date for the next season will be the 8th of October. This means that the NationsCup four-player rule will come into force from then and everyone in the same clan after that date is considered to be in the same clan for NationsCup rostering purposes.

Signup Information:
Signups will close on Sunday the 16th of September. You will be able to signup via the cup pages and the Signup page found in your admin link. To signup as a team to ClanBase cups you will need to be part of a clan, for 1vs1 cups you will need to set up a 1on1 personality. For more information please read our FAQ.

Referees:
Every season we ask for dedicated admins to help us out with adding scores and writing match reports. Here we go again! We are looking for people who:

• Speak and write English well
• Have a good knowledge of the rules
• Can make intelligent and impartial decisions

If you feel like you're up for the task, please don't hesitate to sign up (3on3 / 6on6 / EC).
