Sign ups for the RTCW 3on3 tournament close tomorrow night and we should have enough teams for a nice small test run of the tournament. We can however expand the tournament to a second division if we get a sudden influx of teams. The maximum amount of teams in each division will be 6 and the minimum will be 4.
Prizes
The current prize pool for the tournament stands at €60 but this will be increased once teams are 'sold' (with all money from team sales going to prize fund) We hope to raise at least €60 more from the sales and maybe more from general donations - We have already received messages asking about if this is possible and it will be.
Signing up
I will be messaging some people who were originally interested about signing up to play, we need one more team right now to make sure the tournament definitely goes ahead and is of a good quality - but the more the merrier and as previously mentioned we can open up a second division if more teams sign up. Teams need a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 4. (we got out last minimum sign up this morning - more teams now = more games / divisions).
The Schedule
The cup will last around 6 weeks and a mock schedule can be found online, linked below, with what we aim for when each group has 6 teams. We will also be requesting demos of every player from every game to avoid potential problems and also to provide some mini movie coverage as well.
