CF RTCW 3on3 Update

Happy to announce we got the minimum of 4 teams required for the tournament as we received 5 sign ups, however after receiving some messages we have decided to relax the tournament due to a high number of other ongoing competitions in RTCW and Enemy Territory and as such have expanded the sign up period by one week (Thursday 24th April) and hope to get 6-8 teams for this inaugural season. Previously we had hoped for every team to play each other twice but that has now been reduced to once so a maximum of 7 games per team if we get the maximum of 8 sign ups.

Teams so far...
The teams that have signed up so far will have their spot saved for the tournament and the remaining 3 spots will be first come first serve. If we don't get the full 8 teams we will go ahead with however many teams we have. Mercs are not allowed to be used during the tournament, so make sure rosters are correct.

Team 1: askungen, Clown and crumbs
Team 2: h2o, mini, rwjz and vdr
Team 3: jam, mirage, sqzz and olBaa
Team 4: powi, lajt, sebi and phobeus
Team 5: Kris, mata and Sirkka
Team 6: vokki, Swanidius, Statti and olDen
Team 7: malmen, faster, syl and ozzy
Team 8: Oxy, phyzic and subbi

With the changes to the amount of teams and amount of games played the first match week will now be "5th May 2014 to 8th May 2014" teams note that the game weeks are Monday to Thursday with Sunday being seen as 'strictly 6on6' as not to delay other tournaments progress.

Maps
The map list will be Base, Beach, Escape, Frostbite, Ice and Sub - all maps will be the most regularly played editions with some small changes to map times, however. We will be looking into making some scripts to make each map time only 8-10 minutes (if they aren't already) so games are a bit quicker. Maps will be forced for each weeks games.

Donations
First to clarify buying teams is not yet available - but purely donating towards the tournament is. I have had some requests for this already and will promote the same link in future casts and news posts as well. Questions & Requests
Thanks a lot for all the messages already received and anything else I can change or add before the tournament starts I can if anyone comes up with any solid ideas especially in regards to cup rules - these will not change once the cup starts even if something is disagreeable. Also any questions please reply in the news or message me on IRC or CF and I will do my best to answer.
