The Reich Strikes Back Cup - Playoffs Begin!

Thursday 3 PM EST / 21 CET the Reich Strikes Back Cup will be hosting a special event with WarWitchTV & the MG-42 Crew as we draw the placement of teams for the playoffs!
Just like the previous cup we will be hosting a TWO bracket system (Winners & Consolation Bracket). Both brackets are double elimination and teams can begin scheduling matches following the completion of this cast.
The TOP two teams from each group have advanced to the winner’s bracket playoffs. The remaining five teams have advanced to the consolation bracket.
Our first OFFICIAL playoff match week begins on May 25th.
Match weeks will go from Sunday to Sunday.
We have set a few forced match days if teams can’t agree upon a day or time:
EU vs. EU – Sunday
EU vs. NA – Sunday
NA vs. NA - Thursday
Note: We anticipate around seven total weeks of RTCW action to complete BOTH playoff brackets. That is without any wildcards being used. However an additional 6 weeks can be expected but is unlikely. Admins will be sticking to the schedule and forcing teams to play on the respective "forced" date to move the playoffs along at a fair pace. Use your wildcard wisely (Each team has 1 wildcard for the playoffs).

to bully:just admit you made a mistake by having an idea to create a playoffs bracket by "random draw" and fix this.
How five grown men can come to the conclusion that "the most fair way" to seed a tournament (after a group stage, mind you) was to do a random draw is absolutely baffling. Mind-numbingly stupid. That is quite honestly one of the LEAST fair ways to seed the remaining teams.
You seed teams based upon performance so they are rewarded for doing well in the group. The admins literally punished teams to avoid accountability. No balls whatsoever, as they have already proved.
We had struggled trying to do proper seedings based on 3 groups with a vastly different amount of teams and games played due to dropouts from the cup. So we opted to draw the entire thing instead. That said the community has given fair points as to why this wasn't a good decision. The Winners and Consolation bracket have both been re-done based on seeding and to create an environment where teams that played each other during the group stage don't meet each other again instantly. From me personally, take a lesson in relaxing from mOST. We're trying to do the community a favor by putting a lot of work in hosting a cup whilst receiving nothing in return. A mistake can happen and you've pointed that out, but the amount of flaming that went along with it does not help anything and only creates an unnecessary bad atmosphere.
