The fifth matchweek of the 6on6 NationsCup 2014 started this week and will come to an end on Monday, May 26th. All unscheduled matches have been forced, bringing you a mix of both current and wildcarded matches.

The 'Match of the Week' this week is Netherlands vs Germany. Netherlands, led by timbolina, brings a mix of old team Netherlands players and players who are new to this cup, who beat UK last week. While Germany, led by Oxy, who brings a pretty decent lineup with players who all played on high level. Who will win this Semi-Final and will go through to the Upper Final? Nice to see some names returning to ET for this NC. Depending on the practice of both of these teams this could be an extremely tight affair. If everyone is on form I think this will be really close with Germany taking a 4-2 win - as long as Kresti leaves the panzer alone!

Regarding the match Netherlands vs Germany I expect it to be the best match so far in this NationsCup. Netherlands just came back from a strong victory agains't Team United Kingdom Nationscup winners of last 2 years, meanwhile Germany just crushed over France in their last game aswell. It's gonna be a good game to watch with probably the 2 most active teams in this Nationscup but I expect a 4-2 win for Germany.

The Second 'Semi Final' is Poland vs Finland. Poland, led by fanatic, brings players who are all individual strong, and poland who played alot NC finals, while Finland, led by twid, who brings a pretty decent lineup with players who played alot together on top level. Two teams, two whole big different styles of playing. While Poland relies upon aggressive individual actions Finland is known for their well proven teamwork and tends to come up with creative solutions such as the use of mg. Overall I feel like Finland goes into the battle as a clear favorite and I think beside a few remarkable actions by most likely ziomek and hunter it should eventually end up as a 4-0 win by Finland. Finland should win this Semi-Final match with 4-2. Poland has some nice players in their lineup, which is my reason to say that Poland will be able to contest against them, but still the Finland lineup looks much stronger and the players should actually have more experience. We might still see some surprises in that match and it might be a tight game but in the end, Finland should win this.
