With two weeks remaining to the LAN it is time to announce the LAN schedule.
LAN Schedule
In the LAN schedule made, we tried to maximize the number of matches each team has to play. At the same time we have tried to let each match day finish at a reasonable time. Further, in previous LANs the main reason for the delays were caused by the set ups. Therefore, we've decided to give teams one hour (in most cases) to set up their PCs before the start of each match.The LAN schedule can be found here: ET Reborn LAN Schedule
3on3 Schedule
After many requests we have decided to play the 3on3 tournament on Friday only. Both group stage and play offs will be finished on the first day of the LAN. As can be seen in the schedule, the 3on3 ET Reborn LAN will feature a total of 14 teams. These teams will be divided into two groups of seven. Each team has to play 6 matches in the group stage. The matches in the group stage will be best of 1. This implies that draws are possible! The maps in this stage of the tournament will be forced.All the 14 teams will advance to the 1/8 finals. The number 1 in both groups will be automatically qualified for the quarter finals. The other teams will fight each other in a BO3 match to decide what team will advance to the quarter finals. The ranking in the group stage matters, because the opponent you will face in the 1/8 finals will depend on your ranking! More information about this can be found in the schedule. The 8 remaining teams in the quarter finals will play another 3 matches to determine the top 8 rankings.
Please note that the 3on3 play offs are single elimination only. Nevertheless, with this set up we tried to maximize the number of matches for each team.
6on6 Schedule
The 6on6 LAN will find place on Saturday and Sunday. Like in the 3on3 format, we have tried to maximize the amount of matches each team is playing. The 6on6 tournament will feature a total of 11 teams. Teams will be divided into two groups of 4 and one group of 3. Each match in the group stage of the 6on6 tournament will be a BO2 match. Please note that draws are possible. To save time, the team with the highest seed will have to start attacking in the "longer" maps like Supply and sw_goldrush_te. The 6on6 group stage will find place on Saturday.A total of 8 teams will advance to the play offs. Each number one, two and three in group A and B will be automatically qualified for the play offs. In group C only the top two teams will advance to the play offs.
The lowest 3 teams will play against each other in a Consolation tournament on Saturday night. This will consist of a group of 3, where each team faces each other once. The play offs with the 8 top teams will find place on Sunday and are played in a double elimination format.
FIFA or Poker tournament
Additionally to the ET tournament we will organize either a poker or FIFA15 tournament. More information about this will be published later. This tournament will most likely find place on Friday night.A special thanks to

Can somebody Tell me about It?
this would prevent teams from having to play the same oppo again on the same day, which may be a bit predictable?
on the other hand teams in the 2nd group could end up losing games on purpose to get an opponent of their choice. Also, an extra set-up round would be needed
Dunno, just an idea
I agree facing an oppo of the other group would have been more interesting. Unfortanetely it is not practical and will therefore most likely not be implemented.
