During the Play Offs stage, the selection procedure will work as follows:
At the very beginning of a match, both teams get the opportunity to eliminate one map from the map pool. This means that after elimination six maps will remain to choose from for the match. A single coin toss will decide which team may start the elimination and simultaneously which team should choose the first map to start the match with.

To improve both the diversity, quantity and quality of games, we abolish the BO3 system. During the Play Offs stage, each match is Best of Five maps! For the first four potential maps, this will be chosen alternately. Meaning that maps will be chosen A-B-A-B. In case of a 5th decisive map another coin toss will be required to determine which team is able to choose the last map.

The Grand Finals will feature a Best of Seven format, but a separate post will be created with additional information by that time.

Does this mean the games could end up 6-0 or that they have to be played as 5 maps, cause it's different to group stages so just wanted to make sure
It's BO5, so you are right. You can end up with 6-0, then it's game over
