Palmz joins Team Dignitas

Team Dignitas, recently voted the number one CoD2 team in Europe, have today announced another lineup change. Team captain Mick's brother, Dales, has taken up a new job that will require a lot more travelling and so has stepped back from active play and will be replaced with another ex-Digntias star, Phill "palmz" Palmer. Joining from UK rivals Reason-Gaming, Palmer brings a wealth of experience and an agressive play style that should sit well with his new team mates. Having played for Dignitas earlier this year, Palmer was the obvious choice to replace Dales and despite considering other players such as TmG's Niggle and vCoD superstar mo_Ose, Dignitas opted for the Birmingham-born Palmz.

While this is good news for Dignitas, it has left Reason in a spot of bother but it didn't seem to affect them today as they took down the Italian TooEasy in the EuroCup, bringing back phonic9 to take the spot of Palmz. The team remains motivated and after getting their EuroCup XIV campaign off to a good start who knows how far they will go. All eyes now are set on the Week 5 match up between Reason and Dignitas on mp_carentan in what is sure to be an emotion-filled battle.

How much do you think sFx invests in their ET team and how much do you think Dignitas would? I don't think there is a huge difference. the inVidia eSports team isn't that great either (if you are talking about noll8), surely they are good, but they aren't good enough to perform close to what their last team did.

I guess if dignitas would take an ET team, it would have to be a top-5 team, which at the moment are (in my opinion)
1. idle
2. zeroPoint
3. helix
4. sFx Monkeys
5. aMenti / uQ.Gaming
I don't think any of these teams would leave their current mgc to join dignitas, and I doubt the ones who are willing to are good enough..

Problematic, I just put them there because people would ask why they arent there otherwise xD

Winning a map in ET doesn't say much imo, if I would ask you if you think there is a huge difference between a 4 to 2 victory and 4 to 0 most people would say yes, but people dont consider if they played the 1st and the 3rd instead of the 1st and the 2nd the score could have been 4 to 0 as well, so results in ET don't say much (same problem in other games tho, if you play the favorite map of your enemy they have a larger chance to win)

Well just like I said I dont think dignitas offers a lot more than their current mgc's do.. but I dont know the insides ofcourse
