ESL have just announced a new rule set, do you agree with all the specified rules or are they taking the game in the wrong direction and/or limiting certain aspects too early?

Why there is no option "I dont play the game?" Rather, why it was removed from original poll?

I just voted randomly just to hide ugly votes options from main page. Public opinion on latest ETQW ruleset will be much better with my input.

Nice censoring.

It can be removed by filters, but I am interested in game so I like to see all news about it. Adding one vote option can't be that hard? Maybe even "Don't care" one for public players who dont play competition and players who doesnt play the game at all.

Otherwise you will be getting many random votes from people who really don't care and just vote to remove vote option from main page.

Indeed, all you did was skew the results of your poll by some statistically insane percentage. Notice how now "no" is double "yes" rather than "yes" having about 3 or more times as many votes previously? People will just see ETQW, think "bad", and vote no. Or maybe they will remember that they don't like QW (and hence not play it) and vote "no" because the rule set has not improved it to their liking? Or maybe a countless amount of randomizing possibilities that are relevant to 80% of the people who are voting...

People who vote no and don't take the time to comment about the aspect they disagree with are not taken into account in any way, shape or form so people voting no for the hell of it makes no difference :)

If people vote yes for the hell of it, the game becomes more popular with these rule sets and more and more people will play it as they see it is suitable for competitive play as well as casual play.

Uhm. It seems that you have a bias, and as the creator of the poll changed it into some kind of optimistic win-win situation for "yes". :/

If the votes don't matter, then just create a journal or something which are there so people can post their opinions. But then, you go on to say that that the votes do matter because they have an effect on how people see the game... So which is it?

Or is it just that you don't want people to get the impression that few here give a crap about QW (which ~80% clearly don't) because that goes against your biased motive for this poll? Oh the conspiracy.

It's not biased in any way, people can vote for whichever option they want.

It has no option for people who don't play quakewars due to the mentality of those people and their inability to refrain from retarded comments towards something they dislike or do not play.
