I already go to gym frequently, I play hard enough already (still no intentions quitting) and I only go to CDC4 if it suits my schedule plus I need to have a decent team for that.

So my new year resolution must be something else..

I choose the "Join a Gym" option but I'm already a member, I just need to go more! Which is basically the same thing.

Oh and I'm hoping to attend CDC4 in some capacity, so hopefully I will CU@LAN.

Yeh, a 20 kg improvement to my best shape and I haven't been benching in ages. I can prolly do 100 kg at the moment, so we're talking about a major increase. :p

I'm not really having a new years resolution.. I made up one in which was going to the gym each day, since I already went to the gym for a few years but I would like to be in top condition. I were able to hold on the resolution for the entire year and my goal is to do the same in 2008.
