And these days I have no motivation to sink time into something like Chess or Go, so I just put a half assed attempt into things I'm already good at, or alternatively things I don't need to get good at to enjoy, eg, worms armageddon, albatross18,

Fusen, it also depends on how a person treats a hobby. I, for example, very much like competition - is it a sport or a computer game (and thats mainly why I play ET, for competition with other people, its a team game, no matter if we shoot bullets or flowers). And this made it more serious for me than it should as a stupid computer game. "Made" because I think it's over now, studies 'n stuff!
And well it lacks at least a "Almost nothing" option, for people who don't play or don't really play anymore.
