Enemy Territory Breakthrough Player of the Year 2011
chry
It’s the second year running that chry finds himself nominated for the most improved/breakthrough player and it’s thoroughly deserved. He was one of the front-runners for player of the tournament in BFB, where his aggressive engineer/fops combo was the demise of many teams.
FLoPJEHZ
The German rifle had a standout performance in the NationsCup game against the UK which propelled him to the next skill tier of Enemy Territory in 2011. He joined up Queens after a long spell with AoW and traded places with miNd as their premier rifle.
Jere
Much like his G2P teammate and fellow Belgian, chry, Jere continued his rise through the Enemy Territory ranks. His performance in BFB was highly impressive and he is now undoubtedly a top tier rifle.
kReSti
Much like his ex-AoW teammate and fellow German, FLoPJEHZ, kReSti continued his rise through the Enemy Territory ranks (yes, I know that’s the same as Jere, but it’s true!) He is one of the best aimers playing today and in G2P he has shown his excellent teamplay.
miNd
The third rifle nominee in Breakthrough Player of 2011and the most successful. miNd, together with razz, led a Queens team that dominated all online competitions this year. His own performances increased once he was paired with quality teammates.
NuggaN
The Swede has always had great aim but in 2011 he has improved his overall game. After joining up with Queens he was given a freer role to rambo and he did so with great effect, raking up ridiculous headshot totals after every round.
phyzic
Phyzic has a similar story to NuggaN in that once he joined up with Queens he became a rape machine. He ended 2011 playing with ovr but he was destined for greater things in 2011, becoming one of the premier aiming medics in Enemy Territory.
sqzz
Some will question sqzz’s inclusion in this category as he’s been recognised as a good player for some time, but given his results this year compared to the previous years, it’s easy to see a significant improvement. Not only does sqzz have the best results of any player in 2011, but his individual play is fully deserving of his accolades.
