If you mean that it's originally written by ix and the techics are the same in circle and strafe jumping so yes. Althought in ET you need a downhill like in goldrush to keep up constant strafejumping.

if yoi need a downhill why are all those "pro's" saying learn to strafe in firecombat to compensate lowsens and to dodge bullets :o

strafe = just move right/left

strafe jump = different thing


And they are saying becouse they mean you should move to same direction as your opponent when he's strafing that you don't need to move your mouse that much.

yes but the interest is host the game at server machines :P of course you can play it.. but if you can play you can also host it.

and hosting on windows machines is crap :P it's still nap if you need ETQW working in Win2k3

not always depends on what you want to do with your server, but for game server hosting I would definitely use linux.
