The editing itself wasn't anything special imo :p Only the 3D was somewhat impressive at some parts. And seriously, the helicopter in the beginning looked really choppy - should have left that out.

i mean, all thats available is a medium quality stream, its quite hard to judge the 3d quality by that, but if it already looks low poly on the stream, i imagine it would look even worse in full quality
sure, the 3d is cool, but it isn't the second coming of christ like some people seem to think, there are quite a few cod4 movies with better 3d work, that actually fits into the movie properly, unlike this, where 3d was put in for the sake of showing off 3d
Well I haven't actually seen that many movies where they are able to manipulate the maps with such effects so I would say for that reason it's pretty good.
ofc there are :o, but guess you don't have any experiance of 3dmax. You just have to convert bsp map, and then add textures @ Qradiant and thats all ;o(
afaik there're some "3D grabbers"
though i dont rly know how they do it, you'd better pm one of cod4 moviemakers like Mazarini/v-tal/katha/etc who're experienced at 3d stuff.
Nice music, pace was perfect, but lack of transitions and effects made it feel like a bumpy roller coaster ride. The effort put into 3D was not bad; still, it was a bit corny and not very well ironed out. Frags were average, more quickscope snipe sprees possibly? At the end of the day, the "you can't blink, or you'll miss the next shot" speed of the movie was the only part I really liked (oh, and the intro :D).
