The popups are ugly. Use normal popups or selfmade.

Kick Ass -soundtrack was the only good thing.

i watched it on stream so i am not gonna judge quality...
I dont like that radial blur or whatever made corners blurry
I dont think that cs styled popups look good in ET movies (but thats just about personal preferences), which leeds me to another thing I didnt like, u should use new imate-et to increase quality of ur footage (if u were using it then stop using UVmoviemod, image-et doesnt work in this mod properly).
Fragz were ok, nothing amazing, no top players, but nice hitsounds and headshots (which is definatelly better than shit fragz against top enemy :) )
But u kinda got me with that intro, I am impressed by it (and i dont think its just videocopilot project copy/paste, maybe u got some ideas from it but who cares)
6.5/10 from (for intro I would give u 8/10)
