it was competitive game settings before the recent CSS patch, tick rates made it harder / impossible to do this kind of thing (I hear)

I think these games are sort of high skilled mixes of some kind, one of the guys he kills mentions ESEA, although for some reason my browser hates that website.

that's the spread in CSS, bullets go higher than xhair, so he has to aim on legs
