the beginning actually got me well going...but since i hardly have played cs/css, i dont find the frags in the movie interesting..i think the only movie that i loved for the frags, was synced 2. it went uphill until the intro ended, from there on it went all downhill(except the part where Toss was shouting!).

Quality wise...for me it seemed ok.
Music...not my cup of tea, but wasn't the worst i've heard.
Frags...liked the unscope kills!!!
All in all, 8.2 from me :)

Still a great movie.

css movies start good, but theyre getting boring at some point, you see dust2 in css movies way more as sd in ET movies and that says alot

Great movie, except of the Editing Part, Intro etc. was great but there could be more during the Movie.

Not the best CS movie I've seen, but really enjoyable. Even if the game itself sucks it's nearly perfect for fragmovie makers. Wish I also had that much time and motivation to meddle with editing stuff myself!

YouTube HD ftw! More movies should be uploaded here. Hopefully own3d will introduce HD when they get enough sponsors (by the looks of it should be soon!)

The intro was ok, but if your going to do the kinetic effect you should do it to perfection.
Don't know much about CS but the frags seemed nice, synced quite well with decent music.

The most impressive part for me was the opening scene with the TosspoT shoutcast. Synced to perfecton with the music and a good echo effect on Toss' voice

youtube 'HD' is not actually HD - its just Higher Quality (HQ)

afaik own3d already has that.

Nope, it is HD. The video resolution is 1280x720. own3d's resolution is the same size as the player afaik (definitely not 1280x720, probably not even half.)

on smallscreen width isn't that same as my res (1280x1024) it also pixelates when I go fullscreen slightly. This is why I didn't think it was HD ;)

Yea they can't have the video player as 1280x720 resolution because most people don't use an equal or higher resolution. Some videos are a little pixelated in fullscreen, just depends on the source of the video. With HD though it's all about resolution so it can be a bit misleading

just downloaded the movie after watching a bit on youtube - it's not 1280x720 seems more like 856x520 ;] I have test clips on both formats and seems correct to me :P

Its hard to get compared with youtube, which is owned by google ;)
If they really want, they could offer you all movies in really HD (1080p), but noone will ever create such a movie especially some private one.

We included High Definition on own3d.tv. At the moment we are thinking of creating some syntax of which video will get converted into HD. It has to be something special, and something special cannot be used for all videos. Maybe some community voting can bring you HD to a video which has the right resolution.

Mouvee maker haz some skillzz to make cs look 32bit instead of 1996 8bit textures. Perfect sync and interesting choice of songs but 5hs vs eco is noskill.

pls tell where there is skiil? maybe in good soundcard & headset, cause i don't see any skill craouch-camping in corner behind wall, waitng for opo and doo a full auto in 1-spot on the screen? i respect those awp shots, but camping is noskill.

well, playing on a skilled level means that ur opponent can give u instant hs, and if u kill 5 guys before they hs you, its skilled. (its not like everytime a team does eco someone aces the round)
