With only days towards the fourth Crossfire Challenge, tension and anticipation is mounting.
CDC 4 has grown into becoming an event that is iconic in all the communities of the games it features. Its continuous support in Enemy Territory and Call of Duty has made it the most important European event for both of these games throughout the first three episodes. Every event, the reputation and prestige of the Crossfire Challenges raised and has brought us to this day with attracting an unprecedented amount of players, more prize money and more following than ever.
Starting off as a very cozy, yet small LAN event in September of 2006, the fourth installment will almost certainly overshadow the CPL World Tour Finals (also to be held this week) in terms of coverage, following and prestige. You just cannot buy an event like a Crossfire Challenge.
Here is a preview on what we can expect in terms of excitement and action starting Friday 29th February at 12:00 CET.
