This column will be my shortest of all the ones I've written over the years and that's because, I've got very little to write about! So what would you like contributors on Crossfire to write about?
Aside from a piece on Winghaven & Reload in BF3 I am completely stumped on content at the moment. Writing about ET game formats, rule debates and players just doesn't do it for me personally anymore (outside of major tournaments) and judging by other content contributions I would suggest it doesn't do it for other writers. Please don't interpret this as Crossfire isn't supporting ET etc, there's plenty we're doing and about to do for ET, but consider this supplementary content.
In addition, the volume of people visiting the site are clearly not all playing ET anymore so what do you want to read about?
We've had varied success on event specific content for QL & SC2, some of the BF3 content has been well received and CoD4 has had a history on this site. Knowing that for all of those games (maybe with the exception of BF3) there are 'natural' homes, does secondary content still prove interesting? Is game release news interesting in the other news section?
What else would you like to read about here on CF?

The favourite of the stuff I did was Adacore's feature http://www.crossfire.nu/?x=interview&mode=item&id=145 but most of the stuff has been lost (was primarily hosted on the wA site) - not that any of it was decent. It's easy to look good where 90% of the readers don't have English as their first language :p
If its just u getting bored write whatever you want :p Write about what annoys you, there's always something and people made careers writing such stuff ;)
I know on the face of it BF3 is probably not the natural home for an ex-ET player, but 4-v-4 rush and 5-v-5 infantry is extremely playable and I think a lot of ET'ers might like it.
I would also enjoy newsfeeds about Quakelive, Dota 1 and 2 and Starcraft.
A random idea that I would personally enjoy even though I don't know whether or not it is possible for crossfire is a general newsfeed. ( EG : The Times ).
The theme is irrelevant as long as it sparks debate. What we're lacking at the minute is the wind up merchant that pens an article just to create a shit storm.
peace out gay town.
