Trojan Horse!

Hey boys
Avira antivir found trojan
tr/agent.386334
Problem: avira cant delete the file
tried do delet,ignore,.. nothing works
any suggestions how to get rid of it?

maybe the hacker is a nice guy and you can communicate with him trough the trojan!

restart computer in safe mode
run a full system check -> delete trojans easily

download, update, reboot in safe mod, scan every DISK !
