what kind of theme do you use? did you edit a custom theme? are there any sites you can download more themes maybe?

share it here :)

Yeah..like you gotta fill in every possible line so it knows what to do every time something happens :) but it does so in editfields, like to call em boxes :b

oh so you mean something like a loop? and btw do you know why some of the channelnames (on the left side) are getting black after view seconds?

Could be a flaw in the theme? Like mostly when people chat in non used channels, it lights up in some color...but might be the color is set to black, on a black background? dunno..

but for some reason, I get this on my own theme "Error: "themes\carlos.nnt" is not a valid theme file." while its the exact same file as the other themes :(

its bcoz u need to set new color codes there.

tools > options > display > message > set red or any other color

did you fill in the other boxes? Network, default nickname (or if you dont, hit the "Old Nick" box at the bottom)

If it doesnt work, try adding a Preset..just tag it, put an away msg in it and your away name, should work?

you want to let the others know when you are going off / afk, something like that "(17:26:53) • ae`hAMMER is now away: gone

i just want to set an afk nickname, now i have :

[17:36:04]× nick, [Aniq3] is now known as [Aniky]

this is from away (Aniq3) to normal (Aniky), tho i never have setted Aniq3 as away, thats why im wondering where went wrong.

try NNScript -> away system -> setup -> awaysystem -> presets

now click on add and enter a name like "AFK" (or whatever you want), chose a reason and your AFK nickname.

if you go to NNScript -> away system -> set away simply click on AFK and the following msg's will be shown:

"
(17:59:50) • ae`hAMMER is now away: Currently AFK, leave me a message!
(17:59:50) —› You have been marked as being away as (Currently AFK, leave me a message! (since 2010-05-07, 17:59:50)) on (QuakeNet).
(17:59:50) —› nick: (BOSS_) is now known as (Boss_)
(17:59:51) —› nick: (ae`hAMMER) is now known as (hAMMER`AFK)
"

thats what i want, but i mostly just quit the irc without doing this, as i did before, and it automatic set away nick, tryed now, and didnt showed even that i went off.
