change to english language - german writing, oder so i dunno, im always confused with that too, after every format i have two options, and i always delete the wrong one

i got spanish windows(xp) and only installed spanish & us keyboard language, so i always type in weird letters liek ç or ñ or if using the us thing i alwazs mix up z and y-.-(although the szmbols somehow are liek on german kezboards)
can someone explain how to change it?thx
e: i can use the german one, but i need to shift+alt liek 8times to do so and after being afk for some time it sets itself back..annoying it is

i dont even know where to change, cuz everythings in spanish und when i click on that keyboard-symbol in panel de control, i cant find nothing to change this
