uhm, actually there's less electronics than the last 12 years. No traction control, no launch control and a standardized electronics package.

you are right they removed some function this year but the f1's races are still tasteless :(
after 3 laps the position are fixed and you barely see any overtaking, there is less and less place for the luck during a race.

I agree with you that overtaking is hard in formula 1. But that's not really something new, the last 20 or even 30 years you really had to be much quicker or pull something out of your hat to pass someone.
There's no real solution for the problem and I dunno if it needs to be fixed. Look at other motorsports where you can overtake easily (like oval racing). It isn't much better, imo it's even worse.

Oval racing is maybe a bit extreme for example. But the difference between each f1 car is too huge, i remember during the schumacher era, i was used to watch the start + 3 laps and I didn't need to watch the race because nothing gonna happen and schumi is already leading with a 10sec gap.
They changed some rules because of that and wanted the cars to be more "similar", that's a good move they should keep going this way.

I watch some motogp races, the 125cc particularly are incredible, my heart beat always go up during the last lap, you never know who's gonna win, you got 2,3 or even 4 riders on the last curves fighting for the pole and you shout "he's gonna get it, he's gonna get it !!" :D. That's a basic entertainment F1 can't give :(

Spanish locutors said that Schumi has made (and its not a joke) over 9000 laps on this circuit along his career.Drivers are like robots on this circuit...
