The human body cant survive without food or drink medical fact, you can survive on one of them but if your not taking any of them at all then sooner rather than later you will die.
Your body cant survive without taking both no food and no water,your body's organs will start shutting down and you will die its a fact, so unless this guys body isnt human then his would be no diffrent.
You cant be serious? your bodies organs need food and drink to survive otherwise they fail and you die, theres no maybe this or maybe that You will die.

what did we know about medical facts back then?
if you really think mankind has now reached the point where we cant be wrong, you couldnt be more wrong.
one more thing. Imagine if this fasting wasnt taken to extreme. say u drink a glass of water a day and maybe an apple so that one human would consume ~70 litres of water and 365 apples / year.
do you consider this as proven medical impossibility?
