Buying new Screen

So im planning to buy a new screen for gaming some ET on and watch movies
So far i got these 4 options (Prices around 180€ or somethin) And i wonder which one i should choose :D

I'm not satisfied with my BenQ screen, don't trust LG.
23 is like too big.. that's why I (!) would pick 21.5" :o)

Get a screen that is 4:3 and can get over 100 hz if you want to play ET
