I asked a customer for a screenshot once. I wondered why it took them over 6 hours to send it.

Turned out that the secretary of the customer actually moved the copy machine close to the computer, so she could put the monitor on the copy machine (a CRT!), copy it. She then scanned the copy, and sent it as word document.

Probably you won't believe me but it's true :|

just get a webcam? :-O
