weird lag?

for some reason, my game lags from time to time, like i have 20 fps while my game shows 125
ping is stable

how to solve?

pb clients are still running
they keep making me lagging

open taskmanager while ingame and close pnkbstra.exe and pnkbstrb.exe

they are not
my game shows i have 125 fps
and a program called PBPrior automaticly terminates the pb processes for me+I had it over mapchanges
