i came up with an idead/example of why she might have an english accent (spending a year abroad theory) because as far as i know (and my knowledga about her is limited) she does not have british roots.
further did i say that i think they capitalized(!!!) on her british accent to make it somewhat appealing (as many people experience accents being appealing or interesting) and to add some kind of legimatation (as she has not been a "professionable" before). i regard that as a marketing tool. at least this is what i would do.

Agree, but I don't have to watch Eurovision to see hot girls. Also, I think that there aren't really that many great singers there and when it comes to the songs they sing, I gotta say that these aren't the type of songs I usually listen to, lyrics are usually really corny and they only talk about love, freedom and worldpeace and etc, so kinda boring.
