best turk on earth are u :*
and not related to this, but kevin boateng should also get some punishment for the foul on ballack.. ffs
but would rather like to see frings playing, though Im not believing into that one..
Maybe Ribéry did mistake in his life but that's not a reason to prohibit him to play.
I don't follow football np :p
Btw, the red card for Fletcher was deserved too.
the fletcher scene wasn't a foul but could have be seen as one (noone is perfect) but NEVER been judged with a red card!
One of your jobs as a referee is protecting the player's health. Ribery clearly didn't have any intention of playing the ball, he simply was frustrated.
And for the Fletcher situation: it was an obvious foul, he clearly tripped the Arsenal player robbing him of a chance to score a goal. There's no other option than giving him a red card and Arsenal a penalty.
the fletcher thing COULD be seen as a foul yeah, as i said. but he first played the ball and you can't judge his chances for a goal after that, SO a red card just isn't possible. this is no opinion or no reason to get another hobby for me, this are simple rules ;)
e: you see the problem referees mostly have. each fan talks about decisions and so on but doesn't know the basic rules.pure irony that the majority of the fans are right this time
As for the red card foul: he didn't try to play the ball, he simply went for the player. Even most people from Bayern admitted that it was the right decision. The appeal was simply to try to get him into the final, not because they doubted the decision of the referee.
Fletcher might have touched the ball with his shoelace, but only a splitsecond before he tripped the Arsenal player. You don't have to be a genius to see that the Arsenal player had a free passage to the goal. Of course it doesn't mean that he would've scored for sure, but a scoring chance hardly gets more clear than this one.
In both situations the referee was absolutely correct. If you think otherwise, you still have a long way to go becoming a real referee.
christian was sags du denn zu unserem quasimodo ?
what a small fag
I saw players getting 2-3 games for fouls which were much worse than the one from ribery
