lower your refresh rate
cant change it from 60 and 60 is shit anyway , or u mean from my cfg ?
Parent
you misspelled "r_customwidth 1280" youve got a S missing from yours you spelt it like that > r_cutomwidth 1280
Parent
dont matter really , its only when i typed it here lol
nd where the fuck have u been :/
Parent

Parent

r_mode 6 is the best,
Why? because 4 x 6 = 24
yh but when u minimize et everythings huge
Parent
kill yourself
try two things:
-locate in ur gfx the line "r_lastvalidrenderer" and remove it completely
-set ur r_displayrefresh to 0 (don't worry the display refresh won't be 0, it will just copy the current one)

after both together, do cvar_restart, then load ur cfg and vid_restart
dont have r_lastvalidrenderer
and displayrefresh is 0 already :x
Parent
then try to do cvar_restart, and without loading ur cfg try r_mode 8
Parent
still got the opengl error , tnx anyway :)
Parent
try chancing ur screen resolution to 1280x1024, if it's opengl it's something to do with monitor/gfx settings
Parent
hmm cant change to 1024 wich prob means thats why it dont work on et , but how did it work earlyer lmao
Parent
opengl error? sure you have a gfx driver installed?
Parent
yea , i get the error only when i try r_mode 8
Parent
r_mode 8 is 1280x1024
1360x768
Since this is a widescreen resolution, I'm guessing you have a LCD monitor, and since you're using that resolution for your desktop i guess it doesn't support any higher resolutions, which leads me to this question:

You sure your monitor supports 1280x1024?
before the format it did :x

Check in your drivers for something along the lines of "GPU Rescaling", and turn it on
Parent
hmm physx GPU acceleration ?
closest thing i found to what u suggested

its enabled anyway
Parent
No, keyword is "rescaling". Should be somewhere close to the display settings
Parent
seta r_displayRefresh "85"
seta r_mode "-1"
move to estonia
r_mode 3 and prepare to roll :D
