ATI Radeon Anti Aliasing Black screen

Ever since a recent update i can't force anti-aliasing for et through catalyst control nor through ati tray tools. Whenever i force it to anything higher then "off" ET goes black.

Since i like to record a clip every now and then this is very annoying :/ Does anyone know a fix for this?

I tried:

Updating ccc to latest version (includes driver)
Updating ati tray tools to latest version

the reason i updated the driver was because of pb, if i put on older drivers won't pb kick me again..?

get the ngo optimized driv0r .. dis crap was workin much better then the CCC stuff
