i still have irc, icq, msn and xfire still online when i play but an netlimiter limit the speed of ur connection. it doesn't said when u using an netlimiter that u be better cause u have lags and for the opponent it's harder to hit u cause of lags so, u could play witha 56k modem have the same lags without netlimiter ....

It's possible that you use a netlimiter because you have other people with you on your connection so you limit the connection cuz of them.

i have 2(sometimes 3 laptops if the boyfriend of my sis is visiting us)laptops and 2 normal pcs on 1 connection and i just have 3000dsl ....

extra programs are allowed until they give you an unfair advantage, for example rivatuner is not only a program to make a very awesome config, its also used to overclock your graphic card so that you have better performance. Nothing wrong with that but you still use rivatuner

so how does this happens when you get killed like that vs 48 ping players when it should say 300 ping instead of 48 :D, funny and we are talking about both players playing with normal ping (48-50)
