Problems with mx 518

My mouse refuses to work when I do fast moves. Since my Everglidepad is fucked up I switched for testing to my old Icemat, on which the mouse refuses to work completley.

Has anyone made experiences like these and could help?

I switched to the Icemat after i got the troubles on the everglide, just for testing another pad. Sorry for the unprecis post.

i had the same, then your pad is too (i dont know the word for it) smooth? slippery? :PPpP just buy a pad with a harsher surface

I had that problem but I dont anymore with Razer Goliathus mousepad :)

what do you mean by "refuses to work"? Does the red light start to flicker on and off?
If so than read on...

Try wiggling the mouse cord right where it goes in to the mouse. If you see any differents to the red light. You might as well cut and remove about 2-3cm of the mouse cord inside the shell and then solder the wires together.
