NCsoft?

Hello!

i have a problem with my Master account, the aion account was reseted by ncsoft because someone wanted to hack my AION account, and they also reseted my master...
I had a conversation with the support team and the last mail was " please send us a new email adresse, to update your account! I did!
Since yesterday 14.30 no one is answering on my mail.....?
What to do?

Try sitting back eating a sandwhich whilst completing Minswesweeper a couple of times. That should do it.

i get every day fishing mails by blizzard, ncsoft and those.

simply dont play Aion.
there is not a single reason to do so.
